Services are provided to You by Safedocs in accordance with the Safedocs’ Master Services Agreement and this Privacy Statement which comprise the entire agreement between us superseding any prior agreements pertaining to this subject matter. The Agreement and this Privacy Statement may be changed at any time. The changes to this Agreement are effective immediately after the changes are provided to you in writing or posted on our website at: www.sfdocs.com (“Site”). The changes to the Privacy Statement will be effective 30 days after Safedocs provides written notice or posting the changed Privacy Statement on our Site. In addition, You agree that You are subject to any additional policies or rules applicable to Services which may be posted or provided to You in writing at any time. All such additional policies or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

PLEASE CONTACT SAFEDOC MEMBER SERVICES AT: www.sfdocs.com TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DISCONTINUE THE SERVICES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICES EVIDENCES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THEM INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENT.

General Information
You are an authorized user of the Services only if you have a Safedocs Master Services Agreement in effect. Authorized users include only: lenders, title companies, escrow companies and such other entities as are included in the vertical work flow of the closing and post closing process’ of the loan documentation for the lenders’ borrowers. This policy only applies to authorized users of the Services.

Information Gathered on the Safedocs Web site
Safedocs does not request, require, collect or view personal information on Safedocs websites (“Sites”). You are responsible for the collection, management and disclosure of personal information You collect and may otherwise use the Site in compliance with Safedocs’ use policy included in the Safedocs Master Services Agreement between us.

Logging on and Cookies
As our standard practice, Safedocs does not use cookies. However, because there are passwords, use of the Site can be tracked.

Your Guarantee
Safedocs makes these promises to you concerning information that you give us. Our privacy policy assures you that:
1. We adhere to standards of security to assist our authorized users in maintaining the confidentiality of personal information their customers provide to our authorized users.

2. We permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper management of the Site, to have access to the Site. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise are subject to our normal disciplinary process.

3. When we hire other organizations to provide support services, we require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.

4. We keep customer files complete, up to date, and accurate. We tell our customers how and where to conveniently access their account information (except when we're prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors that we will promptly correct. Safedocs continuously assesses these procedures to ensure that customer privacy is respected. We conduct our business in a manner that fulfills our promise wherever we do business.
